Terms and working practice
This is the short version of how we work. You can always ask before approving anything.
A first enquiry
A first enquiry is not binding and costs nothing. It is not an agreement, and it obliges neither you nor us.
Quote and agreement
No chargeable work starts before we have agreed the scope and the price and you have approved it. The agreement can be an email both sides have accepted.
For companies
We work from a fixed-price quote or an agreed hourly rate. You receive an invoice and pay by bank transfer.
The quote states the VAT position before you approve anything.
For individuals
You receive a short, non-binding assessment and a fixed price before work begins. You approve the price in advance. We do not provide unlimited free help.
What we do not do
We do not accept passwords, personal identity numbers or other sensitive information through the form on this site. We promise no specific response time, and we do no chargeable work without approval.
Payment
Card payments are not available on this site. Once the work is complete, you receive an invoice with bank details.

ÍVF Hugsa is registered with Skráseting Føroya under company registration no. 9592. The managing director is Benjamin Hammer.
